Cleaning and Maintenance

  • Before first use, wash the pot and glass lid with warm soapy water and rinse thoroughly.
  • When cleaning, use a soft sponge and mild detergent; avoid using metal brushes or abrasive cleaners.
  • The pot and lid are dishwasher safe, but hand washing is recommended to better protect the coating.
  • Do not place a hot pot or hot glass lid directly into cold water to prevent warping or glass breakage.

Usage Precautions

  • It is recommended to cook over low to medium heat to extend the life of the non-stick coating.
  • Use wooden, silicone, or nylon utensils; do not use sharp objects that may scratch the coating.
  • Do not dry-burn the pot to avoid damaging the coating structure.
  • The maximum heat resistance is 220°C (including glass lid and pot body); do not exceed this temperature during use.
