Shipping and Delivery

About GreenPan HKThe delivery arrangements for orders on the website are as follows:

Hong Kong local delivery

1. Enjoy free shipping for every purchase of HKD1,000 or above. If the order is below HK$1,000, you will see the required shipping fee before making payment.

2. If the product is in stock, the product will be delivered within 2-5 working days. If you want to check the delivery time, you can call our customer service staff during office hours to check.

3. Delivery will be sent by the following methods. We will decide the delivery method according to different circumstances without prior notice.

Transportation logistics delivery

・If the product is delivered by our transportation and logistics service, the delivery will be arranged from Monday to Friday 10am-7pm. The delivery time will be agreed with you before delivery.
・Transportation cannot arrange delivery to remote areas such as Lantau Island, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay, outlying islands, etc.
・If no further notice is given, the product will be delivered within 2-5 working days.

Local express delivery

・If the delivery is sent by local express, you will receive an email notification of the courier tracking number after the order is sent, so that you can track the delivery status.
・Orders will be sent out in 1-3 working days, and local courier companies will take an additional 1-3 working days to deliver.

・Because the delivery time cannot be agreed in advance for express delivery, the delivery time needs to be agreed upon by the courier company's delivery person and the customer.
・If you choose to send the freight by "freight collect" when making payment, the freight will be determined by the courier company. If there is any dispute, you must inquire with the courier company.

Overseas shipping

1. Overseas (outside Hong Kong) The delivery service will be sent by a well-known courier company, and the name of the courier company will also be indicated before payment.

2. When the product is shipped, we will send you an email to notify you of the express tracking number.
