Product Care

Cleaning and maintenance

  • Please clean with warm water and mild detergent before first use
  • Hand washing is highly recommended to maintain optimal performance of the ceramic coating
  • Wait until the pot is completely cooled before cleaning to avoid deformation caused by severe temperature differences
  • Please use a sponge or soft cloth for cleaning, do not use wire brushes or abrasives

Precautions for use

  • It is recommended to use medium-low heat. The ceramic coating has excellent heat conductivity and does not require high heat cooking
  • Although it is resistant to metal tableware, it is recommended to use silicone or wooden kitchenware first
  • Do not cut food in the pot
  • Do not use spray cooking oil to avoid accumulation of residue that affects the non-stick effect
