Cleaning and maintenance

  • Dishwasher safe, but hand washing is recommended to extend the life of the non-stick coating
  • Please use a soft sponge or rag to clean and avoid using steel wool
  • Please allow the pot to cool completely before cleaning to avoid thermal expansion and contraction from damaging the coating

Precautions for use

  • It is recommended to cook over medium to low heat for best results and to protect the coating
  • The maximum heat-resistant temperature of the oven is 160°C (because the handle is made of bakelite)
