How to Use GreenPan
The key to ceramic coating is to preheat thoroughly and add a small amount of oil.
Please follow the instructions below.
-
Preheating and a small amount of oil are essential!
When cooking (stir-frying or grilling), be sure to preheat over medium heat for about 30 seconds to 1 minute. Once the frying pan is hot, add a small amount of oil or butter and start cooking.
-
Do not use metal utensils!
Because it has excellent heat conduction and heat retention, we recommend cooking over low to medium heat . It distributes heat evenly and makes your food delicious. This also helps shorten cooking time. Also, in order to prolong the life of the coating, please refrain from using metal cookware. We recommend using resin, silicone, or wooden cookware.
-
Wash thoroughly without leaving any dirt behind!
When cleaning, we recommend using a soft sponge or cloth . Please do not use in the dishwasher as it may damage the coating.
*Some product collections are dishwasher safe.
